I wish they were using those 747-based firefighting planes. They could use the Moses Lake airport since they have huge runways that Boeing uses for tests.

I just saw a story about the old Evergreen Supertanker’s “guts” being put into a newer 747 to be used by another company (since Evergreen went Chapter 7).

I just saw that I90 had been closed between Vantage and George because of the smoke as well as 395 near Ritzville. The smoke isn’t as bad here but it’s combined with dust and it’s really hazy. Plus it stinks! This is I90.
